Well the age of e-commerce is certainly here and people love it. People love to shop on line. Order today and get your stuff tomorrow. Save money, save time, etc. etc. Here is something else people love... running events like 5K's and so forth. So who do you think helps sponsor these events? Well it is places like Second Sole. Let me guess, you can find it cheaper on line. You can probably find more variety on line. You have Amazon Prime or whatever... Yea, yea, I get it. Look, here's the thing. You got to shop at stores like this if you are a runner. You need to support this kind of place. It employs runners and helps the community when it's time to sponsor races or help you find the right running shoe or even listen to you ramble on about your next race or your injuries. I shop here. The staff is great, and the manager Matt is a first rate runner who is very patient and kind. He treats all runners like they are elite level competitors and really loves running. Check them out, they have a great selection and can get what you need even if it isn't in stock. Prices are fair and probably in line with other stores.

Wow! Eric was incredibly helpful! I was having Achilles tendon issues trying to get back into running. The podiatrist sent me here. I got a pair of shoes that felt better than any running shoes is ever had before. Now, normally I stay away from places like this because I have it ingrained in me that they're expensive. So sitting in the car after my purchase I looked them up on Amazon... I expected my $130 purchase to be found at $90 or $100. Nope Amazon had them for $143. $13 more than what they were here. I will no longer be purchasing shoes anywhere else as long as I live in this area.

I thought the salesperson was very helpful and he took the time to make sure my shoes fit right. They didn’t have the color I wanted, so they ordered them for me and shipped them right to my house. Highly satisfied with the service!

Knowledgeable customer service. Have had issues with my toes while walking long distances. The guy that helped me listened to what I told him. Brought out 3 different brands. He made it easy to find a pair that fit . Highly recommend this store.

Eric was great and very helpful at helping me find the perfect shoe for me! I felt no pressure at all, and he made the experience quick and easy. Blake was also very kind, giving me advice on how to ease back pain when exercising/running! Got my shoes on sale, and Eric was even nice enough to give me a discount on top of that!! Thankful for these guys tonight. And so excited to be able to run in shoes that don’t cause me pain :)

They were a bit busy when i entered but the staff managed it well and i was able to be fitted and shown a few different shoes in a pretty quick manner. I expected to be there much longer than i was and i left very satisfied with my experience. I'll definitely be back for my next pair of runners.

Superb footwear knowledge and customer service. I needed 3 pairs of shoes to meet 3 different needs. The Second Sole team (shout out to Aaron) listened, asked questions, and recommended exactly the right shoes. I also love that they maintain records of past sales to help with reorders when applicable. Highly recommend!
